Welcome to Weyoo! By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Weyoo (weyoo.app), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Weyoo is a photo sharing platform that allows you to:
- Create collaborative photo albums for your events (trips, weddings, parties...)
- Invite participants via QR code or sharing link
- Import photos from Google Photos
- View photos on an interactive map
- Order personalized products (optional)
3. Registration and Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Weyoo
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Information provided must be accurate and up to date
- Only one account per person is allowed
4. User Content
You retain all rights to your photos. By uploading them to Weyoo, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share them with members of your albums.
You agree not to post content that is:
- Illegal, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others
- Pornographic or violent in nature
- Containing viruses or malicious code
- Violating intellectual property rights
5. Intellectual Property
The Weyoo service, its design, code, and features are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service without permission.
6. Google Photos
Integration with Google Photos is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We only access your photos with your explicit consent.
7. Pricing
- Creating albums and sharing photos is free
- Premium features (videos, personalized products) may be paid
- Prices are displayed in euros including VAT
8. Limitation of Liability
Weyoo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Absolute security of your data
- Compatibility with all devices
We recommend keeping a copy of your important photos.
9. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time from settings
- We may suspend or delete your account for violation of terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
10. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
